WP Objectives

• To oversee the project on behalf of all the partners
• To co-ordinate the technical activities of the partners
• To co-ordinate financial and administrative matters
• To ensure communication within the project
• To deliver the project external presence

Description of Work

• Task 1.1 Project management : This task includes all activities necessary to manage and control the project, the management activities linked to the contractual obligations and communication with EC.
  • Project management tasks include
    • Preparation, organisation of Board and Project Management Team meetings, implementation and monitoring of the decisions
    • Management of high level project scientific guidance by the Science Advisory Committee.
    • Monitoring of project activities in collaboration with the WP leads, including checking that milestones are met and deliverables are properly produced, checks of eventual deviations to the project plan, and transmission of problems to the Board if required
  • Overall legal, contractual, financial and administrative management activities

• Task 1.2 Communication within the project is in particular ensured through the TWiki Web site

• Task 1.3 Project external presence

• Task 1.4 Financial support to associate partners and invited participants : The task is delegated to the relevant WP for each meeting.
